Running Online & Virtual Meetings

How to make virtual meetings work

Knowledge is power – even if you don’t use social media!

About this course

In Thailand, there is a saying that’s often shared: same, same, but different. That’s exactly the problem online and virtual meetings: they have some similarities to live meetings but they need different skills to make them successful.

In this short, information-rich session, we’ll cover:

  • What needs to happen before the meeting: defining agendas, sending out pre-reading, gathering opinions
  • Technology choices
  • Tech tests
  • Online meeting etiquette
  • Leading the meeting: body language and voice
  • Involving attendees
  • Post-meeting follow-ups

There will be time for questions during and after the session.

Please note that this is not a workshop and no time has been set aside for small group work or brainstorming.
